Since Consultiq provides professional consulting services, our refund policy applies to service cancellations, modifications, and pre-paid engagements. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion.

✔ Full Refunds: Available if cancellation is requested before the service has commenced.
✔ Partial Refunds: May be granted for services that have started but are not yet completed, based on the work already delivered.
✔ Non-Refundable Services: Completed services and consultations that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service engagement, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

✔ More than 48 hours before the scheduled service → Eligible for a full refund.
✔ Less than 48 hours before the scheduled service → May be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
✔ After service commencement → Refunds will be assessed based on the portion of work completed.

For long-term consulting agreements, cancellation policies may be outlined in individual contracts.

3. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

✔ Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
✔ Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
✔ Transaction Fees: If applicable, payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling
If you need to modify or reschedule your consultation or service engagement:

✔ Requests made at least 48 hours in advance → No additional fees, and we will accommodate a new time.
✔ Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service → May incur a rescheduling fee.

We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring fair scheduling practices for all clients.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases
While we follow the policy outlined above, exceptions may be made in cases of:

✔ Technical issues on our end – If a service is disrupted due to factors within our control, we will offer alternative solutions or a refund.
✔ Unexpected client circumstances – If a client experiences unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
✔ Service dissatisfaction – If you believe our service did not meet the agreed-upon expectations, please contact us to discuss resolution options.
